We are running on SAP EHP7 and have also deployed the gateway component on the same server, we have the following components already deployed.

SAP_GWFND   740   0006     SAPK-74006INSAPGWFND

SAP_UI             740   0008     SAPK-74008INSAPUI

IW_PGW          100  0005     SAPK-10005INIWPGW

UIEAAP01        100   0002     SAPK-10002INUIEAAP01

UIX01CA1         100  0002     SAPK-10002INUIX01CA1

UIX01EAP         100  0002      SAPK-10002INUIX01EAP

UIX01HCM        100 0002      SAPK-10002INUIX01HCM

UIX01TRV         100  0002      SAPK-10002INUIX01TRV

We are presently facing the following issues while opening the UI Admin URL and the Fiori Launch pad URL.

Error while opening Admin UI URL with New URL,

Error Text "Error (500, INTERNAL SERVER ERROR) in OData response for GET "/sap/opu/odata/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CUST/Catalogs?$filter=type%20eq%20'CATALOG_PAGE'%20or%20type%20eq%20'H'%20or%20type%20eq%20'REMOTE'%20&$expand=Chips": HTTP request failed"

And we have the following error while accessing the Fiori Launch pad, following errors are thrown, the error would be either " Failed to Load groups " or " Service not implemented "

Error screen shots while accessing the New Fiori Launchpad URL

Any inputs would be highly appreciated.

Regards

Karthik

SAP have helped us in resolving this issue, just thought to post a self reply may be this would help some one.

Reply from SAP "

The error is caused by note 1930800

the system for SAP_UI is in standard of SP08. The note is valid for SP06

Dear Customer,

The syntax error is caused by applying the note  1930800. Your system

for SAP_UI is in SP08.

The note is valid for SP06. I corrected the validity of thre note.

Please reset the implementation."

Resolution of Issue after resetting the Notes implementation

1. call Transaction SE24

2. enter class '/UI2/CL_CATALOG_PAGE_ABSTRACT'

3. switch to change mode

4. Utilities -> clean up -> method includes

If the error still persist after this, run the report "/UI2/CL_CATALOG_PAGE_ABSTRACT=CP VIA SE38.
