EP 7.3 License issue (even if I have license)

Hi Experts,

I am facing a strange issue. I am having a valid license for my local system but the system overview it is not showing.(please see the images)

And after 30 min the node shows red due to license issue.

Hello Ram,

Seems like you have Installed a wrong "Software Product" license,your license should be based on your DB, eg; for Oracle it should be something like "J2EE-Engine_ORA" and not "J2EE-Engine_MSS".

If the portal is running on a MaxDB database the you need to request for the license based on that.
