Hi SAP Gurus,

Incorrect or negative commitment is appearing for a particular WBS element in  the report S_ALR_87013537. We tried to run the program RKACOR04 with "update" "commitments" and "check logical system" checked whcih as refered in the SAP  note 165154. This did resolve the issue and the negative commitment disappeared from the report.We had a similar issue before where incorrect commitment was appearing for a particular WBS element and we had run the  program RKANBU01 which resolved the issue then . We have been getting the  issue of incorrect commitments

appearing frequently and we find it difficult  to run the corrrection program everytime in the Production system.So is there  something we can

have a solution where such incorrect commitment issues can  be avoided in the future. Or is there any SPA note/package that needs to be installed to have a permamnent solution for this issue.

You can take help of your basis team and schedule a background job for tcode CJEN & CJBN like in 7 or 10 days.

Hi Praveen,

As suggested by SAP, we need to execute the programs when you find inconsistent commitment records in the system. However you may schedule t-code cjen program once a week as background job for operative projects and see the result.
