For SMP3.0 offline capabilities, please check this blog for android app development:

I dont think so Local Business Object (LBO) functionalities is available in case of OData development, i believe it should be aligned with MBO based app development.

The offline support to Odata based mobile apps are available from service pack 3. It allows you to do offline transactions even the device is offline (similar to MBO offline). The Cache and Persistence libraries in Odata SDK helps to implement this feature. When the device is offline the requests will be queued, when the app comes online the request will be fired.

Can we use lbo in odata for offline.

Could be elaborate on this? There is no relation with LBOs and Odata Offline (if you are referring to Local business objects).

When you are asking a question please add complete information to help you better.
