grc10 mail issue.

hi experts,

i am a rookie working on grc10.

everytime i reject a request for elevated access i want the following details in the mail triggered.

1. Date and Time when the request was raised.
2. Details of the User who raised the request.
3. The FireFighterID requested.
4. The System on which the User is working.

Dear Vineet,

SAP delivers a few notification variables which can be used in the notification document. You can use GRAC_AR_REJECTED template for access request rejections. Best to create a Z document based on GRAC_MSMP_AR_REJECTED in SM61 for your needs.

You can maintain the notification template in SPRO > GRC > AC > Workflow for Access Control > Maintain Custom Notification Messages.

In the msmp workflow "Variables & Templates" you find an overview of all available notification variables.

Thank you for your reply.

However, my issue hasn't been addressed completely.

I have already created a Z document for the same. I would like to know if there is any particular prefix or syntax wherein i can introduce the user's Date of Request, User ID, the Systemhe is using and the FireFighter ID he has requested.

Dear Vineet,

check the following variables:

User ID with %USER_ID% and %USER_FULL_NAME%

System is in the %PROVISIONING% and %SUBMISSION% variable

I am not aware if others are available. You can also create notifiaction variables by yourself -> GRFNMW_CONFIGURE. See for example note 1971842.

Hi,

Set the below notification events in your FF workflow stage.

Notofication Event - NEW_WORK_ITEM

Template ID - GRAC_AR_NEW_WORK_ITEM

Recipient ID - GRAC_CURRENT_APPROVERS.
