My team is also looking at this for internal use. After installing SAP Mobile Documents, I noticed that you anytime I share a folder/document it is attached to my user...which may not be good for the long-term. Is there a way to just have a group folder? Or another solution? Thanks in advance.

Group folders will also have administrator, isn't it ?

Currently, you can have multiple administrators.

Hi Brandon.

A share is always attached to a user, the owner. You can add your team/group to the share with different roles in the members dialog.

Administrator : can add/remove members, write and read

Contributor : can write and read content

Reader: can only read content

Does the storage limit per user (2GB) also apply to the shared folders?

If yes, what are the options for increasing this limit?
