Search Button not working in Solman 7.1

Hi,

We are using Solman 7.1. However, in Solar02,  when I search for anything from the left tree structure using the search button ( The binocular button ) , it says text not found. We generally get a list of folders in that left tree. Any text that is present in that tree structure, if I search by that, it does not return anything.

Is there any Snote that is available for this issue.

Hi Subhajit,

Normally in Solar02 will able to search the Business scenario, business processes and  process step.

In search will not find the t.code or any other details.

before click the search , select the bottom of the Business scenario and then select the top Business scenario and click the search , then it will  start find it.

Hi Subhajit,

The structure search will only find perfect matches.

eg.:

If you have a structure node called "Node 01" and you search for the term "01", it'll not be found. You need to search for the exact name or use "*".

If you search for "*01" you will find the node "Node 01".

Also, make sure you have a higher level node select as the search function will only look for nodes that are child nodes of the one you've selected.
