Error VELO092 - Unauthorized change in std transaction

Hello,

I have an order where the user cannot create delivery; it is returning the error message

VELO092 Unauthorized Change in std tranaction; quantity in TA item unequal 1

I've never seen this error message before and have no idea what it means. I've searched online and intra-office resources, but cannot find anything explaining it.

Any help on how to solve it or where to look for the cause of the issue would be much appreciated!

the above error message is related to Transport vehicle management issue , kindly check in that you will get solution and also discuss with Basis Team for any authorization is missing .kindly see the below screen shot .

Can you show your order screen and item category configuration? And SU53 screen?
