SAP Content Server 6.5 - 'AppPool ContentServer' terminated unexpectedly

Hi Admins,

I installed on my Windows Server 2012r2 the Content Server 6.5 with MaxDB 7.8.

When I set a new Password for SAPR3 (Note: 1983930) the WAS-Services terminate with this error message:
"A process serving application pool 'AppPool_ContentServer' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '2724'. The process exit code was '0xc0000374'."

Can you tell me how to solve this Problem?

Hi all,

I solved the Problem myselfe.

I found the SAP Note 1574109 (http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1574106)

So what I did was:

1. Open IIS manager and navigate to "Application Pools"
2. Select the application pool "AppPool_ContentServer", and click the "Advanced Settings..."
3. Change the setting of "Maximum Failures" from "5" to a larger number, for instance, "500"
4. Start the Application again
