Error while Connecting to SQL

Hello Experts,

I have installed desktop version of Lumira and have SQL instance on same laptop.

I am trying to create connection from Lumira to SQL and getting below error

I can login to SQL via TCP/IP and have disabled firewall but the connection is failing, please advise.

Hi Deepak!

First I would try leaving off the :1433, if this doesn't work and this is an instance of SQL server under your current server then you need to put the main server name, again no port, in the Server Name and put the instance name in the advance properties as described in kbase 1971847.

Can you please try the workflow from another rich client tool (Information design tool, universe design tool,...) and see if you get the same error?
