There are lot of new customers using SAP business object and have lot of opportunities with different tools with in the BO.  So I will Recommend BO is the best option

I've been using Business Objects for 18 years, it's served me fine so far and I have no desire nor sense any urgency to learn Qlikview. I hope that answers your question

It depends what you want to do?

Career prospects, probably Business Objects as there are more areas to it.

BO and Qlikview are different products. So based on requirements and cost you need to suggest.

But if you ask us as BO developer I can say BO is the best option
