Able to import the data but datas are not getting loaded in MDM data manager

Hello Experts,

Iam loading the customer information through import manager.

Customer Objects is there

Below mentioned were views.

Basic

Comapny data

Email

Partner function

Telephone

I need following points clarifications

a) Import actions :

All records were imported in import manager.

But i am unable see the records in data manager  (Tupple)

Scenerios  - Basic is loaded, email & phone also loaded into import manager.

                  But i unable see the email & phone records in

tupples in data manager.

b) Reloaded same records for rectifier the records:

Records were incorrect in data manager.

Scenrios - Basic is loaded, company data records is incorrect in data manager.

How to change the records in data manager & whether

any options to reloaded the records via importing the records.

(Its automatic loaded only).

Hi,

In order to update record from import manager, you would require a unique field to map with and values to update.

As updating tuple, "a tuple field does not represent a single data value, but rather an entire subrecord (or set of subrecords) that belongs exclusively to its parent record". So you need to expand the parent container of tuple fields Telephone No and email Id to map these field at target side.
