unable to get file into output folder

hi experts,

I am unable to get file into output folder and file is pickuping from input folder.

I am getting below error.

Transmitting the message to endpoint http://solmgr:50000/sap/xi/engine?type=entry using connection AFW failed, due to: Received HTTP response code 404..

I am expecting solution.

for helpers will give reward points.

its very urgent.

Hi,

It is very easy way is goto SAP GUI of XI and use the transaction code SMICM and press Shift+F1 , sure you will see the one window with ,http port and other details , so use that port.i hope it may not be 8000.

Please see the below info Description: The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address. This status code is commonly used when the server does not wish to reveal exactly why the request has been refused, or when no other response is applicable.

Possible Tips:- for HTTP_RESP_STATUS_CODE_NOT_OK 404

• 404 is an HTTP response code that indicates that the resource in question couldn't be found. Usually this is due to an incorrect URL, so it is better to cross check all URLs. Check pipeline URL in the SLD in the business system of the Integration Server For this go to SLD->Business System-><yourIntegrtaion Server>->Pipeline URL: It should be like this http://<host>:<port>/sap/xi/engine?type=entry Where host is the host name of the Integration Server and port is the HTTP(8xxx) port. To verify this in Integration Server you can do like this. Go to SXMB_ADM->Integration Engine Configuration->Choose Edit from Menu -> Change Global Configuration Data to switch to change mode. Then select System Landscape - Load Configuration. (This is not required always)

• Check that the port really is the ICM HTTP Port and not the J2EE port i.e SMICM then menu GOTO --> SERVICES and check the port number for HTTP. It should be HTTP port

• If the error is Page cannot be displayed, cannot find server in https configurations Check and correct the SSL configuration for the ABAP and the J2EE side of the system

• If the error is because of integration server when using Proxy communications then check these. i.e SXMB_ADM->Integration Engine Configuration->Corresponding Integration Server enrty should be dest://<Http Integration server-Destination> Where < Http Integration server -Destination > is the RFC destination (SM59) of type HTTP connection (type H) to the Integration Server. In this case, host name, port, and path prefix are saved in the RFC destination.

Sorry for the confusion here. My previous reply was in the case when the message from Inegration Engine is not able to hit the adapter engine.

In your case, the message from the adapter engine is not able to hit the integration engine.

Look into this blog by Krishna Moorthy and check the 404 issue,

The reason can be,

1. Incorrect pipeline entry in the Business System in the SLD .

2. or, the XIAFUSER has been locked. Go to SU01 and check its status. If it is locked then it should be unlocked by the System Adming and the password change also be made in the Exachnge Profile.

Role of Business System is Applicatin System and

Corresponding Integ. Server is http://solmgr:8000/sap/xi/engine?type=entry

in SMICM HTTP port is 8000.

in Business Landscape in XI business system Business System Role: is Integration server and Pipeline URL: is http://solmgr:50000/sap/xi/engine?type=entry

Great find. That is the exact problem The pipeline URL in the SLD is incorrect. correct it and then you should be able to see the same.

I dont think so, Just go to SXMB_ADM and also check if the pipeline Url is correct.

Confirm if the HTTP port is 8000.

It has to be the HTTP port 80xx.

This port number is maintained in 3 places (atleat upto my knowledge)

1. SLD Business system pipeline URL.

2. SXMB_ADM Corresponding Integ. Server. Here also check the IS_URL parameter value in specific configuration.

3. Exchange profile >Connections>com.sap.aii.connect.integrationserver.r3.httpport

Check these values.

This error is due to incosnistent SLD state. The Integration Engine is not able to locate the Adapter Engine.

Take a look at this note :764176 and see what needs to be checked / done.
