The Contract date gets changed after the Credit Release,why ?

Precondition:

1 There is a kind of order which the billing date is changed to order entry date, and the contract start date is the 1st of the following month of order entry date, so they are unequal mostly.

2.Most item category of this order are as normal as standard, but one is different with a item category which makes the corresponding sale item to appear a billing plan tab in the item data.

Process:

1. I used T_code VKM3 to finish credit release.

2. Then I check the contract date, billing date again

Issue occurs:

All the item with normal item category are appeared same as before(means that the contract start date is 1st of the following month of order entry date),but the one with billing plan tab are appeared that the contract start date has been changed as the order entry date.

So, what caused the contract date changed? How did the contract date change?

contract start rule :today 's date,

contract end rule : contract start +duration of contract

Val.period.category :One Year

Cancellation proced.:Cancellation procedure

Action:Create quotation

Action date rule:90 days from Contract End
