Custom Task Descriptioin in SRM Workflow

Hi Friends,

    I have a requirement that the Workflow description in SRM have to be changed. I have created my custom TASK's based on TS40007953 . We have 4 process levels for the Schema. So I have created 4 different Custom Tasks coping TS40007953 . Have maintained them in the Process Configuration. And have also maintained the Task details ; Application ID ; etc in the below tables....

IBO_V_WF_CAC

IBO_C_WF_IRA

IBO_C_WF_APC

IBO_C_WF_ACC.

IBO_C_WF_TAC

IBO_C_WF_TTAC

  Now I get the details while creating the Shopping Cart in the Approval Over View.

Problem is:

When The approver tries to approve it via the UWL , the Approval screen does not opens. While if I use the standard Tasks TS40007953 it works fine.

Why is the Task not getting opened while Approval? Is there any other things that has to be done. 

Need your help.

Hi,

please check the UWL configuration XML in the portal to see if the custom tasks are maintained there as well? A portal consultant can help you to find and change it.

Just copy the entry from the task TS40007953 and change it to your own numbers.

Hi Robin,

  Thank u for your suggestion.

I have done the XML Configuration of my Custom Tasks and then Re-Register the SAP_SRM Web Connector.

It worked fine.
