How to control the archive period?

Former Member

Hi ,

Now I plan to archive the data which created between 2012/01/01 and 2013/12/31. Is there a way to control the archive period?

By the way , can I only archive the NC data and no migration to the other data?

Best Regards,

Ivan

Hi Ivan,

1. The archive period is controlled by "Days Before Archive" system rule. So, to get the actual date of archive, you should extract the value of this rule from the current date - everything before this date is subject to archiving.

2. No, you cannot archive only NC data.

For more details, please consult Archive How-To Guide.

Dear Sergiy,

Solved, Thank you .

But another exception occurs.  "ORA-00904: "ASSY_DATA_TYPE_CATEGORY":".

More information refer to the attachment.

And I can't  found  that solution for this exception in SAP KBA.

Best Regards,

Ivan
