I have a question about the lot-sizes used in SNP. Heuristics has lot size rules that say that if you have a quantity that is less than the min. lot size, then plan for min. lot size and also CTM, if fixed lot size is checked, then the system takes min. lot size. In both the cases, we are actually procuring or transferring stock that's more than what you need. So, what happens to this excess stock? Does it become scrap? or is it carried forward?

it gets into the avaliable stock (projected) calculation and hence is adjusted over the demands of the future till the trigger for the next requirement happens.
