Hi,
I have activated the one step PO approval workflow. How do I assign the agents. I have tried to do it in SPRO - Maintain agent assignemnet for tasks but was unable to do it as I did not get the link.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Ramki,
You are spot on. The workflow found the agent from PPOSA_BBP. However when I log in as the approver I get a short dump in the portal. In the back end I get the error BBP_PD002 - Interface data contains errors.
Have you encountered this error before.
Your help is appreciated.

Hi Joe,
To assign an agent to workflow you need to call the transaction OOCU.
Try to get the link SRM --> SRM-EBP --> SRM-EBP-WFL then you will find agent assignment tab.
Click on assign agent then system will show you all the Tasks and Workflows.
Just go to One step PO workflow Select it and click on agent assignment at the top menu before that change it as non general task if required.
With regards,
mahesh

Also try this...
Suggest you to go through the documentation before actually doing it at least once.
Please check this link:

You will find scenario specific config guides for EBP40. Download the config guide for self-service procurement and gothrough workflow configuration section. This is still the same in SRM50 also.
