per diem calculation query

HI,

We are implementing travel expense module for norway, denmark and sweden.

Perdiem/hour is being used.

For sweden rate defined is 110 SEK/24 hrs

Issue is- When multiday trip perdiem is being calculated for sweden, system is calculating only for 1 day. example- start date 02.05.2014 00:00 and end date is 03.05.2014 24:00. It is considering only 1 day and calculating 110 sek only wheras it has to calculate 220sek.

If one day trip is entered it is calculating correctly that is 110sek.

The same configuration is done for norway and denmark and it is working fine for multiday trip.

Any suggestion how to resolve this issue for sweden.

Thx

Hi,

first of all I think this time period is a very theoretically case.

Even technical the system is not handling "seconds".

Are you sure that in Sweden a day is equal to a minute?

Means one day 24 hours + a second day 1 minute = 220 SEK?

Than try to test with a trip period like following:

02.05.2014 start time 23:00 o'clock

03.05.2014 end time 23:00 o'clock

If this is not calculating like expected you should open a OSS.

Best regards,

Sigi
