How to create a workflow refer to close rfx approval？

my system is srm 7.0 . rfx is public can be approval.Now,i hope When buyer close rfx trigger a workflow,approver determine whether to allow close rfx.How to create a workflow refer to close rfx approval？

     if you mean to close the approval for RFx, you can try T-code SCPR20 , and choose /SAPSRM/C_RQ_600_000_SP04.

Hi,

Firstly i did not get your question about closing RFx

if you were talking about the approval workflow for the RFx after publishing,yes it is possible

once you publish the RFx it will go the responsible agent for the approval
