Assigned Documents view report

Hi Gurus,

I am looking for a report as CV04N is not catering my requirement, as my user requesting for a detailed report with reference to Document Inforecord he needs the no of documents assigned to that record.

When you go individual line item and go to details, we can view all the records in CV04n.

Each Inforecord may have 5 to 20 attachments....is there any way to view the this in a single report?

Hi Naveen,

I guess SAP standard does not have a report to fulfill the requirement proposed by you.

You may seek ABAP help to develop custom program to achieve the same.

I was able to create the report as per my user expectation, thanks for your help.

Can i know the list of tables for DMS / Std Reports available for DMS?

Hi Naveen,

This can be developed by your ABAPer easily, using tables DRAW, DMS_DOC_FILES, DRAD, DRAP and Function Module CVAPI_DOC_VIEW.

The output looks like this.

When you D'click on Detl icon you get the popup shown listing the 2 documents. When you D'click on any of these files (here both PDFs) the file will be opened.
