Product selection could not completely confirm the requested delivery

Hello Experts

Process:

I am creating a sales order ( Consignment Issue with material determination). Per the design when I enter the line item with the quantity it creates the second line with the same material and quantity but with Item Category ZKEN and the first line Item category is ZHD1.

Issue:

But in this case when I enter the line item and the quantity I get the bellow error. and doesn't create the second line item.  Please advise what items should I investigate.

I have compared the material determination records with ones that are working and they are same.

HI Lakshmipathi,

This note looks like it has some relevance, another exit mentioned in Note 548205 and SAP doesn't even recommend that.

My concern is it has been working till now. and it is still working for other material. any other fix do you think of ?
