Customer Hierarchy not populatin in Quotation but in Order

Hi Everyone,

I am facing an issue while creating a Quotation Customer Hierarchy is not populating while Creating Standard order for the same sold to party and sales area Customer Hierarchy is populating.

Same partner determination is used for both Quotation and Order.

We have condition record based on customer hierarchy so this is causing issue with prices as it is differing in Quotation and Order,

Please help.

Hi Ashutosh,

Please check if Hierarchy Type is assinged to sales document type (Quotation). T.code OVH4.

Maintaing hierarchy type in OVH4 is also not helping.

Hi Ashutosh,

Check determination log and check why hirearchy partner fucntions not getting populated.

Also check if there is source maintained & you dont have it maintained in quotation.

Both Orders are having same Partner determination procedure and source is not maintained for it.Then also its working in order but not in quotation,

Also checked in Log but nothins is coming for Customer hierarchy.
