Error Enter a value for field BP_GUID

I am using MDG  7.0

When I create a  Request for "Create ERP Customer",

I then enter data including the sales Area Data and Company Code data

Then Submit

at the following approval step , Sales Area data and CC data is missing.

I get ERROR message  "Enter a value for Field BP_GUID"

Please advise what Table or T-code am I missing values for .

Dear All,

I faced following issue and i have resolved by adjusting field properties under UI modelling.

set entity type(ADDRNO) as hide for no change request/no up/download, problem will be resolve.

Hi,

the BP guid is usually created automatically by the system. Since you mention another strange system behavior (sales and company code data disappears), it might be possinle that your system is not setup correctly. You should double check the same with the MDG configuration guide for your release.

  I just checked my screen looks exactly the same with the 3 Attributes in BP_HEADER.

Still unclear how to resolve the error message.

HI,

The second screen shot should give the name of the field that you need to fill BUSINESS PARTNER GUID.

Creating a new ERP Customer

The Sales Area Data and CC Data is entered by the requester,

first WF Step..  why is the Sales Area Data and CC Data  are missing when the first approver reviews CR. and this error message appears.?  "Enter Value in BP_GUID"
