Difference between QC20 and VL71

Hello Experts,

Is there any difference between QC20 and VL71 for processing quality certificates?.

Does QC20 process output types for quality certificates only and VL71 process all output types for delivery?. If thats the case how QC20 is identifying the output types for quality certificates.

QC20 monitors the certificates to be printed at the time of picking or PGI of the delivery. This is done for the LQCA or LQCB out put types ( Ship to and sold to party respectively)

The output types are assigned to the delivery categories, access sequences etc. All this is configured in QM
