Sales unit is not valid for item 000001

Hi,

System generates error message when trying to create an outbound delivery for stock transport order using transaction VL10B

Error message Sales unit is not valid for item 000001

However, no sales unit maintained for the material. Not sure what is causing this issue.

Any help highly appriciated.

Isssue resolved I messed with copy control configuration for  my delivery type item. Changed requirements to 302 from 301.

compare your sales unit in your order (in item)

with

the base unit of measure in your material master record ('Basic data 1' view)

make sure they match
