Track Sales Order Fiori Application error

Hi,

  As mentioned in the App implementation guide for Track Sales Order, few customers were assigned ER and Sales orders were created.

  But my /SRA018_SO_TRACKING_SRV/SalesOrders is returning blank in GW..

  is there any step I am missing?

Have you completed the configuration tasks documented in help.sap.com?
