SAP consultant cant see client 000 on service connection

Hello all,

I need to SAP consultant logon clien 000 on sap installation, We had create user and password. But he can not see clien 000 on service connection.

"no client 000" as I don't see this client in drop down list when trying to connect.

Any idea how can I add this client on SAP service connection drop Down list.

Hello,

Please make sure that you have followed the Note 812732 and 508140.

Do you have any screenshot of the screen which is visible? or incident number ?

Hello Reza,

In the screenshot 200-OSS_565083 --> 200 is client and OSS_565083 is user. So please check
where you have maintained the '200' . You have to change it 000  or create a new entry with 000.
Whats the screen you get when you follow the 508140.

Hello Reza,

Alternatively, you can ask the consultant to use the option "Logon" and not "Easy Logon". In
this case the consultant have to enter the details manually (no dropdown list).

Client : 000
User and password are provided by you in secure area.

If it is possibel with option logon, I will try to aske him, strang he did not used this option by him selv. He know the server name, SID and client...

did you already checked if you are able to logon in client 000 with the user which you have created? Do you get an error message if you try to logon?

Hello Reza,

the SAP consultant see the the screenshot as above if he logons on with "Easy Access" button, but if he just logon with "Logon" button, he should get a logon screen and fill out fields for user and password. Is the logon in client 000 possible in this way?
