How to get alert for Gray Metrics

Hi Team,

Is there a way to generate an alert for metrics that are Gray in Technical Monitoring.

We have large landscape so it is very difficult to check each node and see if its gray or not.

It will be helpful if there is an alert generated if the metric is gray.

Hi,

You don't have anywhere alerts are described for grey metrics. because grey is meant for no data loading.

You can look for Solution manager Self monitoring, where you can define some alerts are missing connections. check here http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm71_sp10/helpdata/en/95/3b7e5132c43220e10000000a423f68/content.htm

But suggestions that You need to troubleshoot via tcode via MAI_TOOLS, even we can list or filter all the grey metrics using this tcode.
