Specifying Central NwbcOptions.xml File

As I understand it the location of a central file can only be specified in the file 'NwbcRemoteOptiions.xml' file.

This is stored in 'c:\program data\sap\nwbc' by default but can this file be located elsewhere?

I also assume the location of the central file cannot be specified using an environment variable as you can with the GUI?

The Application Data path is specified during installation, it can't be central and needs to be user specific because all user specific settings are stored there. See for reference.

Sorry the central file i mentioned was relating to the list of systems. I have this working using NwbcRemoteOptions.xml, just I would sooner this file did not have to be under Program Data path.
