BW 7.4 on HANA SP8

Request your help.

I am planning to install BW 7.4 on HANA SP8.

Can you please help me with hardware sizing.

OS: Windows and HANA DB on LInux.

Which versions of windows and cpu ram and same with linux server.

Please refer SAP note 1637145 - SAP BW on HANA: Sizing SAP In-Memory Database

to get sizing details of SAP BW on HANA DB. Look out for attachments to this SAP note.

Please check PAM for OS/DB platform support for SAP BI 7.4

Hello

First read this SAP note 1793345 - Sizing for SAP Suite on HANA

This note speaks about the sizing of the HANA box and the Application Server.

PAM will show you the Windows you need to use to setup the AS.

You can make use of the SAP Quick Sizer tool as well.

Hi Manohar,

Please use quicksizer tool to get SAPS value .

Share the SAPS value with hardware vendor and he can help with CPU and RAM configuration which can deliver.
