We have recently performed OS/DB Migration and switched our OS from Solaris to Linux. We have standard program running for billing due list in PRD i.e. SDBILLDL. Out of multiple invoices printed via this billing due list batch job program, a few invoices are found blank randomly across regions. E.g. Brazil, UK, Italy, Canada etc.
We have already tried the below options, but had no luck in identifying the root cause.
1. Recreating the associated printers in SAP as well as OS
2. Switching the prints to a different printer
3. Checking the trace logs
Does anyone know what could be the possible root cause for this issue?
Hi Rupali,
Did you ever find out the cause of this? We are having a similar issue, where at times some invoices in the middle of a batch have blank pages, are misaligned, or missing data. It is happening both for print and for pdf invoices.
If you found any information that may help me would you please share?
Thanks,
Stephanie

Hi Rupali,
what exactly goes wrong in your case. Does no print show up at all or does it print white papers into the spool?
If your spool doesn't show up at all you might have a look into the error-log and furthermore set a breakpoint at the output. OPEN_FORM or even the Smartforms-stone and see what the protocoll brings to the light.
