Substitutions of Material Component fields in Project System.

Hi experts,

I need to perform field substitutions of Material Component in Project System.

I tried a few methods including SAP enhancement CNEX0038 (EXIT_SAPLCOMK_012), but it's not working as it can only perform checks.

Any other ideas?

When an Outline Agreement is entered in the Material Component (Non-Stock), I need to substitute the values of fields such as Purchasing Group, Purchasing Organization, Price, Currency from the Outline Agreement.

I dont think you can directly get the data from Outline Agreement. You need to build a custom logic to dervive the data from outline agreement to material component

Did you tried by creating the substitution in OPSN under Network activities ?

under Network activities you have Purchasing Group, Purchasing Organization, Price, Currency fields whether you are able to get the data from Outline Agreement. Check with the abaper. If it is possible to update in reverse, since i have not done it...just a vage guess.

No, OPSN only works for Network Activities. My question is about the Material Components.
