original object cannot be replaced

Hello,

I'm trying to update to SP25 of SAP_APPL.

During the test_import phase we're facing with this error "R3TRFUGRSUGPEWA original object cannot be replaced" from KB70026,27 and 28 patches.

The SUGPEWA function group isn't locked on any transport request. (checked on se03)

The procedure from help sap is:

System Response

The object is not imported.

Procedure

If you still want to import the object, repeat the import with Unconditional Mode 2.

We've already tried with tp modbuffer SID mode=u+2 but we get parameter unknown

C:\usr\sap\trans\bin>tp modbuffer SID mode=u+2
tp=>sapparam(1c): No Profile used.
tp=>sapparam: SAPSYSTEMNAME neither in Profile nor in Commandli
This is tp version 380.18.68 (release 720, unicode enabled)
E-TPSETTINGS could not be opened.
EXIT
Error in TPSETTINGS: transdir not set.

tp returncode summary:

TOOLS: Highest return code of single steps was: 0
ERRORS: Highest tp internal error was: 0208
tp finished with return code: 208
meaning:
error in transport profile (parameter missing or unknown)

I´ve tried with tp tst <TR> <SID> u26  pf=<give the transport profile path>         (this is for Test Import.)

But It doesn't work.

Thanks.

I believe you need to specify the package name in the tp command.

Check this SAP note

146458 - R3TRFUGXX ... original object must not be replaced

Hi Ruben,

For applying SP25 of SAP_APPL, you might have included SAP_BASIS,SAP_ABA and PI_BASIS components as well in the queue.

Can you shared details on the SPAM queue please ?

It looks to me that your queue size is bigger and it is creating problems.

Regards,

Deepak Kori
