FIORI - Approve Purchase Orders Problem in launchpage - 0 items show

Hi people!

How are you!?
We want to use the app Approve Purchase Order in FIORI.
We did all configuration steps and the appl is working fine, we can see items but the only thing is not working is the count in the main launchpad page.

Here is the example:

When we enter in lauchpad we can see that 0 item is display:

But in the debbug mode for Chrome we can see that ODATA can read the 12 items for approve, but is showing 0:

and then if we click in the box i can se all the items with no problem and approve them.

All is working fine except that in launchpad the box is showing 0 items.

any ideas what we are missing!?!?!?!?!

About the service URL in the tile definition:

/sap/opu/OData/SAP/GBAPP_POAPPROVAL/WorkflowTaskCollection?$filter=TaskType eq 'TS20000166'

Like I said. All is working fine... i can approve or reject... the only things that is not working is that in the box in launchpad is showing 0.

Hi Julian,

Please apply the support packages.

• GBAPP002 SP05
• UIX01EAP   SP02

The service URL is incorrect and it is the root cause. Is it SAP standard tile or your custom tile?

Please upload the screenshot for the tile definition.
