Hi Konda,

Typically enduser training is to facilate the users to comfortably make use of the system. At the same time, for reference purpose as already suggested, we give the enduser training documents which cover on how to execute various t.codes and reports and what to input for those selection screens.

But all the endusers might not operate the same t.codes or do the same jobs. So they are identified as per their daily tasks that they carry out and the training and accordingly end user documents are prepared and given.

We clearly explain how to use the t.code, like inputs, selections etc to make.

User Training documentation consist of the process the user has to follow to execute the transaction. This document is supported by screen shots of the SAP Screen & with remarks as & where required (to guide user in detail). Ideally this document should be such that even a layman can dothe transaction with reference to this document.
