error during SRM 5.0 installation

We are installing SRM 5.0 on windows with sql server.

In the step <b>Create SAP stored procedures</b>

while <b>Reading table MSSPROCS in database SR1, schema sr1....</b>

we are getting the following error. We have already increased the memory to 3GB in boot.in file. All help will be appreciated and rewarded with points.
