Alerts are not triggred.

Hi Experts,

I configured alert configuration for one of my BPM scerarion, intention is to generate the alert for mapping error. All the configuration as per process  in ALRTCATDEF and RWB. but still alerts are not sent to recepient. When I test thru RSALERTTEST I got the alert to my mail box, but when mapping error happend the alert not generated, its not coming to SOST.

Please let me know the possible reason to solve out this issue.

Hi Bel,

Thanks for the document, my configuration is as per document, but now my problem is when I trigger alert from RSALERTTEST, alert is generated but when error happen in moni, that time no alert is generated.

Can you please suggest?

And the "fixed recipients" have the E-Mail Address and smtp config done?
