Transport status not getting updated in project structure tab in task list

hi all

ChaRM Light is configured in our landscape. the task list is generated successfully. from the task list , creation and release of the TR happens successfully in the managed system. Import into Quality task is also working correctly from the schedule import task.

the problem is TR status is not getting updated in the project structure tab . it showing " releasing " even the TR is released from Dev and imported into quality as well .

Note : we are in 7.1 SP10 and no specific notes are installed in managed systems since most of the notes not applicable because the managed systems are in latest EHP's and latest stack level.

Any help is highly appreciated to resolve these issue

Thanks

Sol Man

Hi,

Please check the below note whether it suitable for your issue

Hi Karthik

I checked the note 1426029 and its not relevant. thanks for the time.

during the investigation and activation of ChaRM , i got an warning that

" No activation log for piece list AI_CUSTOMIZING "

"Check whether the piece list AI_CUSTOMIZING has been imported in a transport"

when i checked the piece list in SE01 , there are two objects with error status

Release Started        Cancelled releases can be repeated

     SAPKBBA702                 DDIC         CommandFile for copy-from-shadow

SAPKBBF702                 DDIC         Piece List for copy-to-shadow

These objects contains the table entries for E070 . So i assume these can be also one of the reason the TR status is not getting updated.

Do you know how to re import these two objects ?

Thanks
