GRCAC 10 Risks approval issue

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with risks approval (ARA).

When i'm trying to approve a risk creation, the request fields are empty:

The same happens with risk modifications: the request fields are filled with the old values but not with the new ones.

If you have any idea or any experience to share, I would really appreciate it.

on which SP level are you?

Are you using the sap standard risk approval workflow?

Thanks for your quick response!

The SAP_BASIS component is currently at SP level 12, and GRCFND_A at SP level 11.

I'm not using the sap standard risk approval workflow, but i'm pretty confident that is properly configured because i've done the same configuration for function approval workflow and it's functioning properly.
