Hello
We have three MII environments : Development, Quality and Production . We transport our proyects from Development to Production . Once the proyect has reached Production, we want
to change the connection alias of a SAP JCO action block . The Connection Alias is disabled and we can not change it . How can we change it ¡?
Thanks for your help .
Best regards
Setup a link that overrides the ConnectionAlias parameter in the link editor and use a "Share memory property" for the project to override it's value. Same thing goes for the Credential Alias which you can also override...be sure to have the shared memory property configured as "Persistent".

Thanks Sam,
Now, on our MII system, how can we add a proyect in the "share memory property" folder ¡? . There is not a create button to add our proyect . Anyway,, I believe that using a global variable linked to the connection alias is enougn but perhaps using the share memory property brings some useful aspects .
Best regards,
In the workbench of your development instance you will see the Meta-Inf tab and in there for your project you will see a "Share memory properties" page where you can create "Persistent" properties with default values. These will also appear in the link editor of the transaction link editor and can be used to map in values that can be overridden after the deployment of content to QA and also in Production.
Sam
You are reading "Read-Only" on that transaction, that's why the Connection Alias is disabled.
