Hierarchy

Hi all,

I'm having some issues with new release 1.17.

I used to add my years as inputs controls in my dashboards then comes 1.17 update. I searched for it, but i've been unable to find any solution to this.

If someone have any clue about this, thank you.

No problem, Thanks for responding !

Notice that this is a 1.15 composing. In 1.15, I was able to set up my Year(Année) as an input control.

Now with 1.17, as well as you can see, my hierarchy does not appear in my left side tab,so i'm unable to set it up.

Hope i'm clear, don't hesitate to ask some more questions if i'm not.

At first I struggled with this but then I got it working.

First I selected input control (lower left corner) and then select Year and drag over.

As you may have noticed, my date column is on date format (17/06/2014).

So i can't do as you do. But i found a way, i duplicate my hierarchy's column (year), then i am able to get it as an input control

Awesome - I had a date too, but changed it to a time hierarchy
