Preqs not transfer to ECC

Hi Experts,

The Purchase requisitions(SNP Heuristic) are not transferring to ECC system from APO for the one location product combination.And it is not at all updating in MD04.

We have checked all the necessary steps,

1> Queue manager - checked (No q 's)

2> Publication type - Checked (APO)

3> Distribution definition -Maintained in APO

4> CCR checked

5> number ranges -Checked in both ECC & APO.

The above steps checked and all maintained but however i couldn't find the root cause..

Please help us....on this.

Awaiting yours(Experts) reply....this is an urgent.

Hi Prasad,

Do you have an Active integration model for the same??

If not, generate an IM for the PR's and activate, this may solve your problem.

Hi Prasad,

Assuming that you have already checked the above mentioned points, here are additional suggestions:

1. Please check if you have periodic transfer activated for SNP created orders, then your Preq might be available in /n/sapapo/c5. If available there, select the record and trigger the change pointers to R/3.

2. Check the application log in APO and in R/3 for errors, if any.

Hi Prasad,

As suggested by , Please check you SNP Customizing settings ( Tcode /SAPAPO/SDP110 ), If it is periodic, you have to push change pointers manually using Tcode /SAPAPO/C5. Then, do a CCR and check for the Error Code,if any.

If the error still persists, do let us know.

Hi Santosh,

It is already maintained Immediate transfer in SNP customizing..

When I checked CCR these orders are stuck with error code 182...and I pushed manually to R/3 system.

But, however orders got stuck in inbound queue (SMQ2) ECC side. Whenever I am going to activate the queue there is an below image pop up coming....

I don't know the above error, and what's need to be done?

please suggest on this...

Hi GP,

Seems that the queue you are selecting and clicking does not have any data and your PR has got stuck among the other R/3 inbound queues. Please clear all stuck queues first from R/3 inbound and then create a fresh PR in APO and see if it gets transferred.
