Workflows not working in QAS after transport

Hi Friends,

I have configured following MSMP processes,

SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST
SAP_GRAC_FIREFIGHT_LOG_REPORT
SAP_GRAC_SOD_RISK_REVIEW
SAP_GRAC_USER_ACCESS_REVIEW

They are working fine in development, I transported them to QAS today, all are successfully transported, I can see all entries properly available

But when I run SOD or UAR job it is not generating any request, niether FF log review workflow sending any mail after FF log synch.

I tried generating WF in QAS too to check if that can be the cause, it is generated successfully, but still none of them are working.

Any idea, what I may be missing.

Hi Mangesh,

firstly check if all post installation steps were done in QAS and number range is configured properly.

You can also check if workflow is activated and BRF+ rules were transported sucessfuly.

Number range is configured properly, I am not using BRF+ rules., workflow is activated properly..

Hi,

I have configured the application as per

AC 10.0 Pre-ImplementationFrom Post-Installation to First Access Request

It is working fine in DEV.

I have activated the event linkages and assigned all agent task to general tasks which were not categorized as per SAP documentation, about event linkage activation and customizing

I have not use PFTC ot SWE2 directly, mostly done through SPRO.

Any specific steps you want me to check.
