i.e Supported version for GRC 10.1 NWBC

Dear experts,

We are a facing a problem with NWBC while opening in GR 10.1. Its takes long time to open work center items.

Please let me know what is the supported i.e version for GRC 10.1, since we are at i.e 9 and support pack level 3.

hi,

what is the percentage view you are setting in the Internet Explorer?

Check that the IE view is 100%.

Go to 'View' -> Zoom -> Set it to 100%

Then close all the IE and restart the new one.

Very likely you're trying to open a POWL report. The issue with standard POWL report is that the variant selection is too wide ... So it  may keep on churning until it finish running.  My advice, confirm whether this is true, and then use POWL_COCKPIT to limit your selections or to force certain fields to be mandatory.

Generally speaking, there is no per application support in NWBC. If it works without NWBC (either in a browser or SAP GUI), it will work with NWBC as well. That said, are you using NWBC for Desktop or NWBC for HTML? Which version, including the patch level? Test with both. What is your NWBC ABAP runtime version including patch level? What is the version of your SAP_BASIS?
