AES Customs Print Messages

Hi all,

I have a problem with the print messages in GTS. The following settings are made in SAP.

If I would like to create a new customs declaration (export) now, then I could only see the following types of messages.

Where are the other messages?

Hi Jörg,

I guess the other messages are not assigned to the Activity in which the Declaration is being created.

Please check in configuration:

• Customs Management
• > Kommunikationsprozesse
• >> Steuerung für Kommunikationsprozesse definieren

Identify the Activity (linked to the Activity Sequence) and check the assigned Messages.

Hi Jörg,

Actually, to be more exact; the Messages seen in the Declaration come from ALL Activities included in the Activity Sequence.  In your screen-shot, Message M0940 is assigned to the first Activity, and is therefore "active".  Messages P0040, P0050 and M0905 are assigned to other Acivities in the Sequence, and are therefore "passive" at the moment.

My guess is that your Sequence includes the standard CUSDE Activities EXZAA and CUSEX.
