Can you telnet from your PC to the saprouter on port 3299?

If not, you likely have a network issue.

Also, do you have any allow of deny specific settings in the route tab file?

Hi Ashish,

check router string is correct and give router string and port number-Eg- /H/111.111.111.111/S/1111/H/

Hello Ashish,

the port 3299 is the port of SAProuter, have you already checked, if SAProuter is running? Can you reach SAProuter on OS level y sending a ping?

Hello Ashish,

then you may need to check the router string carefully if it is correct. "connection refused" in your error message means, that either the program is not running and not listening to the port 3299 on the affected server, or connection data are wrong. Do you have a SAProuter trace and did SAProuter notice in the trace, that you are trying to connect to it?

Hi Ashish,

Are you able to access your server via ssh from the remote location ? If yes try to access via WinSCP and share the log file.

Hi Ashish,

Just open/add port 3299/tcp under services. Entry would be like as below:

sapdp99  3299/tcp
