Hi everybody,

I want to upload a logo to sapscript. I execute the program RSTXLDMC for uploading .tiff file. Image is currently .tiff file.When I execute the program:

Error message displays as: TIFF FORMAT ERROR: No baseline for Tiff 6.0 file.

How can I solve the problem?

Hi,

The problem is quite frequent with TIFF files. You need an Image Editing Software like Photoshop and using that save the file in the TIFF file format, this file format will then be understandable by SAP (RSTXLDMC).

I opened image with photoshop and saved as tiff file. Then it worked. Thanks for your help.

Hi,

The file is not a <b>Baseline TIFF 6.0</b>, so that it is giving the erro, please see the RSTXLDMC documentation to understnad this one

First, take the image file and open it with MS Paint, then save as a tiff file. Then try to upload the image.

Hi Rich,

How can I know if the file tiff 6.0 or not. I opened it via paint saved as tiff file. And I applied the all steps. But error is the same:No baseline TIFF 6.0 File
