TDMS Copy selected company code data

Hi Gurrus

I have one question if you can answer .

we are using TDMS to transfer data or refreshing data with specific dates right ?

now scenario is we have multiple company code and we need to copy only one company code data plus config from source to new destination client.

Is it possible in TDMS ?

Hello Arshad,

TDMS has a solution for ERP called Company Code and Time Based Reduction for ERP. You can have a look at that solution.

This solution will reduce the data based on the Company code and date. If you do not want the data to be reduced by date, and only Company code, then you can give a very old date and provide the company code that you want the data to be reduced for.

This will trasnfer all the master data, customizing data and the reduced transactional data based on the date.

Hello Arshad,

Usually for Company code and Time based reduction package, the reduction happens based on both the company code(s) that you provide and the time slice that you give.

If you do not want to slice over the time and rather only the company code then give a historic date so that all the data will be fetched. In addition provide the company code(s) and data relevant to only that company code for the historic date provided will be selected.

If you access the TDMS page in the service market place you can refer documentation on the same.
