Oracle DB techmon metrics are gray

Hi Experts,

Can someone please help on this issue, we are getting gray metrics for only two sections

1. Oracle DB health checks

2.Oracle error messages.

Can you check the SAP note 1628727 to see if all the

prerequisites have been met?

Hi ,

Issue has resolved with the help of SAP.

These metrics not reported due to database check job failing at managed system end, now it is corrected & metrics are reporting .
